Position Summary:  

The Production Trainee, Hustle Stats, will work closely with the Basketball Strategy and Analytics and the Basketball Operations Departments by watching games in real-time and flagging operational situations for review by Basketball Operations and Referee Operations officials.  The position may also perform other video and content-related work, as directed.  

  

Major Responsibilities:  

  • Monitor live games and report all Basketball Operations incidents in real-time  

  • Identify and tag hustle stats during live games for publication and team distribution  
      

Required Skills/Knowledge:  

  • Superior level of basketball knowledge  

  • Strong computer and technical skills  

  • Excellent communication skills and active listening skills  

  • Precise and detail-oriented approach to all tasks  

  • Experience playing, coaching, and/or officiating basketball  

  • Basketball video analysis  

  • Must display a passion for the game of basketball  

  • Advanced spreadsheet experience (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) is a plus  

   

Education:  

Bachelor’s degree preferred  

Salary Range:

$22.43/hr
