1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FYF Job Board ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FYF Job Board is a job board focused on the fantasy sports, sports betting, and sports media industry. We aggregate job listings from employer career pages and allow employers to post directly. We provide tools for job seekers to search, filter, save, and apply to jobs.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Job Listings

Accuracy: Job listings are sourced from employer career pages and direct submissions. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all listing details (salary, requirements, availability) are current or correct. Always verify details with the employer.

Application Process: When you click "Apply," you are redirected to the employer's application page. FYF Job Board is not involved in the hiring process and is not responsible for employer hiring decisions.

No Employment Guarantee: FYF Job Board does not guarantee employment outcomes. We are a discovery platform connecting job seekers with employers.

5. Brand Manager Accounts

Brand managers may claim and manage company profiles on FYF Job Board, subject to our verification process. By claiming a brand, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that company. Brand managers may:

  • Post and edit job listings (subject to review)
  • Purchase credits to boost job visibility
  • Manage their company profile information

6. Credits and Payments

Credits may be purchased to boost job listing visibility. Boosted jobs are highlighted and appear at the top of search results for 7 days per credit used. Credits are non-refundable once used to boost a listing. Unused credits do not expire.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings
  • Scrape or bulk-download content from the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The FYF Job Board name, logo, and website design are our property. Job listing content is the property of the respective employers. You retain ownership of any content you submit (profile information, brand descriptions).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYF Job Board shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities or hiring decisions.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance.
