Position Summary
Are you passionate about the WNBA and excited to help bring bold, creative ideas to life? We’re looking for a Production Manager to manage day-to-day production for assigned projects across photo, video, social, digital, and print, delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Your job will be to coordinate production activities from brief to final delivery: scoping, scheduling, contracting, and coordinating with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly and protect creative quality at every stage.
From managing post-production, negotiating with vendors, to quality-checking final assets, this is an opportunity to help shape how fans experience the WNBA across every platform and moment that matters.
Major Responsibilities
- Coordinate partner and vendor sourcing and onboarding.
- Assist with contract negotiations by compiling rate cards for legal review; manage the approval submission process.
- Manage day-to-day shoot logistics: schedules, locations, crew, equipment, casting, and prep
- Track project budgets, POs, billing, and cost actuals; ensure financial and process compliance
- Collaborate with WNBA Marketing Ops Manager to build and maintain timelines; communicate milestones, risks, and resourcing needs early
- Participate in pre-production check-ins and keep stakeholders across teams informed.
- Coordinate post-production workflows; route feedback clearly and ensure assets meet specs.
- Audit final files prior to distribution and approvals
- Maintain file management from intake through delivery: file organization, naming conventions, version control, archiving, and final exports/distribution for all creative assets.
- Identify and surface workflow gaps to contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Comms and Player Ops to secure talent availability/participation
Required Skills/Knowledge
- 3-5 years of production experience (agency, production house, or in-house team).
- Strong production management across video, digital, social, print; working knowledge of post workflows
- Proven ability to manage budgets/timelines and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
- Proficiency with standard office tools and project/workflow platforms
- English required
Salary Range:
$95,000-$105,000
