What You’ll Do

France Payroll Responsibility:

  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation for all France payroll activities.
  • Partner with HR and Finance to align monthly close, accruals, and reporting.

Global Payroll Responsibility:

  • Independently manage and process payroll across multiple global entities (EMEA, APAC, Americas), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to support international employee populations and maintain payroll accuracy.
  • Coordinate with third-party payroll vendors across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas; act as the primary point of contact and manage vendor performance and SLA adherence.
  • Validate vendor outputs, ensure data accuracy, and resolve complex global payroll issues.
  • Reconcile global payroll results, validate general ledger (GL) files, and coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure complete and accurate integration of payroll inputs and outputs between Oracle
  • Fusion HCM and third-party payroll platforms (ActivPay, ADP Celergo).
  • Support integration and implementation of payroll systems, enhancements, and process improvements globally.
  • Support all global statutory filings, year-end reporting, and compliance requirements in each jurisdiction.
