The Crown Is Yours
As a Growth Marketing Senior Associate, Integrated Talent Partnerships, you’ll help shape how audiences experience our brand through high-impact talent and ambassador campaigns. You’ll operate at the intersection of marketing, media, and culture, owning key components of campaign execution and optimization. As part of the Growth Marketing Team, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to bring integrated campaigns to life while influencing how talent partnerships scale and perform. Your work will directly impact how we evolve and optimize talent-driven marketing strategies.
What you’ll do:
- Own the execution and optimization of talent and ambassador campaigns, managing contractual deliverables including social posts, appearances, and production shoot days.
- Lead the development of social strategies and creative briefs for high-profile talent across sports and entertainment.
- Oversee tracking of campaign deliverables, usage, and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with partner agreements.
- Review and provide input on creative assets to ensure alignment with Marketing best practices and accurate representation of promotions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables, driving clarity and accountability.
- Manage campaign timelines by aligning sports and internal calendars to ensure seamless execution across teams.
- Own campaign performance analysis, translating insights into actionable recommendations and partnering with the Marketing Analytics Team for deeper optimization.
- Identify and drive process improvements in partnership with Channel and Marketing Operations Teams to enhance efficiency and scalability.
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or media planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing decisions.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders through clear, concise insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
- Interest in sports, entertainment, and cultural trends that shape fan engagement.
