Position Summary

The Associate Manager, Partner Services – Latin America is responsible for managing and executing key aspects of the NBA’s commercial partnerships across the region. This role leads the day-to-day servicing of assigned partner accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of contractual rights, activations, and benefits. Acting as a primary point of contact for partners, the Associate Manager builds strong relationships while contributing to a best-in-class partner experience. In collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Events, Media, and Merchandising/Licensing, this role ensures seamless execution of integrated partnership programs. The Associate Manager also plays an active role in identifying opportunities to enhance existing partnerships, supporting upsell initiatives, and contributing to renewal strategies.

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic commercial partners, serving as a primary day-to-day point of contact.
  • Own the execution of contractual rights and deliverables, ensuring high-quality, timely, and accurate delivery.
  • Coordinate the execution of partnership activations across platforms (digital, content, on-ground, and retail).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated activations.
  • Support onboarding of new partners.
  • Identify and propose added-value opportunities within partnerships.
  • Contribute to contract renewal processes.
  • Track and report on partnership performance.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and workflows.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of agreements and activations.
