Position Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Associate Producer to support the execution of our high-energy video productions—from weekly challenges to large-scale stunts. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of Producers and collaborate closely with the Creative and Production teams to make each shoot run smoothly, stay on budget, and feel effortless (even when it’s not). You’ll help bring wild ideas to life, ensuring all the behind-the-scenes logistics are locked and loaded.

What You'll Do

• Support Producers in coordinating and executing all logistics, including scheduling shoots, booking extras/vendors, and securing locations, permits, and releases.

• Assist in maintaining production pace, supporting the Producer in keeping talent and crew on schedule, and acting as the point of contact for last-minute needs or props.

• Track and reconcile production purchases and receipts against the budget to ensure every shoot stays on track.

• Participate in creative meetings, contribute ideas to bring episodes to life, and facilitate communication between Creative, Talent, and Production teams.

• Draft preliminary production schedules and call sheets, join pre-production meetings, and ensure teams are fully prepped and equipped on set.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in an equivalent production position.

• Strong proficiency with Google Suite and familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.

• Working knowledge of production workflows, timelines, and basic budgeting/reconciliation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and organized with a "no task too small" attitude.

Location: 

• This position is located onsite at the all-new Dude Perfect HQ3 offices in Frisco, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex). Remote candidates will not be considered for this position.
