The Role
The HRIS Integrations Support Analyst supports and maintains integrations across all HR, Payroll and Total Rewards systems including but not limited to Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions and Greenhouse. This role ensures accurate, reliable, and timely data flow across HR, Total Rewards, Payroll, Recruiting, and Finance platforms, partnering with HR, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, support enhancements, and maintain data integrity.
What You’ll Do:

Support and monitor integrations between Oracle HCM and all third-party systems including but not limited to UKG WFM, Greenhouse, health and welfare vendors, etc.

Troubleshoot integration failures and data discrepancies; perform root cause analysis and drive resolution.

Maintain and validate data mappings, file transfers (SFTP/flat files), and support API/middleware integrations.

Assist with integration builds, enhancements, and implementations, including testing (UAT/regression) and deployment.

Monitor scheduled jobs and data feeds to ensure timely and accurate data transmission.

Perform audits and reconciliations to ensure data consistency across HR, payroll, and recruiting systems.

Document integration processes, mappings, and runbooks for ongoing support.

Partner cross-functionally to gather requirements and support end-to-end integration needs.

Support system upgrades and releases by validating integration impacts.
What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in HRIS or systems integrations, preferably Oracle HCM, UKG Dimensions, health and welfare vendors and/or Greenhouse.

Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and recruiting data flows across systems.

Experience with integrations (SFTP, flat files, APIs) and exposure to middleware tools (e.g., Boomi) preferred.

Proven ability to troubleshoot integration issues and resolve data discrepancies.

Experience supporting testing cycles and system releases.

Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical issues for business stakeholders.

Strong process orientation and Automation first mindset

Experience in using AI tools to automate processes
Achieving our goals requires strong collaboration and partnership between our teams and our internal stakeholders. To best support this, the person who accepts this role is expected to be on site, in office four days per week. To provide our employees with flexibility, we offer a unique benefit where employees at Fanatics' corporate entity can work remotely for up to four weeks per year, which can be taken in daily or weekly increments.
The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
