Betr is looking for a Recruiter & People Operations Associate to join the team in Miami! This will be our second hire on the People team and is a highly operational & collaborative role. Partnering with our Head of People, You will have ownership of supporting the global Betr team across a range of people operations — including full life cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, routine people operations processes, office management, and culture.
