Position Summary
The Manager, Partnerships & Business Development will play a dual role in driving revenue growth across LATAM while ensuring operational excellence in the execution of partnership initiatives. This role combines strategic business development responsibilities with operational leadership, ensuring seamless pipeline management, partner delivery, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Commercial Strategy
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across LATAM.
- Drive revenue growth by supporting the sale of regional and global partnership assets.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in LATAM and New York.
- Serve as a liaison with Global Business Development and Account Management teams.
- Support product development and present new concepts to global teams.
- Manage allocation of global partnership assets for regional partners.
Partnerships Operations & Execution
- Maintain and manage partnerships pipeline in CRM systems.
- Lead due diligence and ensure documentation compliance.
- Draft and track deal memos, contracts, and records.
- Ensure timely delivery of contractual partner benefits.
- Prepare sales decks and recap reports.
- Maintain organized partnership documentation and records.
Partner Activation & Execution
- Support execution of partner activations and events.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors across LATAM.
- Coordinate logistics and onsite execution.
- Ensure delivery of global activations in collaboration with NY teams.
Financial & Performance Tracking
- Track budgets and support financial reporting.
- Monitor invoicing and follow up with partners.
- Resolve billing discrepancies with Finance teams.
- Develop dashboards to track partnership performance.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Marketing, Legal, Finance and Operations teams.
- Act as bridge between LATAM and New York teams.
- Ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
Required Skills / Knowledge
- 3-5 years of experience in partnerships or business development.
- Strong understanding of sports marketing.
- Experience with CRM and financial systems.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is highly recommended.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
